We build Tulbrain with the support of startup programs we’re proud to be part of. They don’t change what Tulbrain is — they change how much of it we can build, and how well. This page is the record: what each program is, and what we actually use it for.

ElevenLabs Grants

NetMind Cloud was accepted into the ElevenLabs Grants startup program in July 2026. The program gives us access to industry-leading voice AI, and we use it where it matters most: building a rich cast of natural voices — different styles, tones and accents across English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian and French — as part of the Tulbrain learning method during development and beta.

Google for Startups Cloud Program

NetMind Cloud is part of the Google for Startups Cloud Program. It backs the cloud infrastructure Tulbrain runs on — and the exploratory work we’re doing with Vertex AI on a conversational chat, the first place AI gets built into Tulbrain.

That work is underway and it is not a public feature yet. When it ships, it will say so — labeled as what it is.
